Michael Kors is a well-known, american designer with a long successful story. He is most famous for classic women sportswear. He began designing at the age of 19. He decided to study fashion design at Fаshion Institutе of Tеchnology in Nеw York City. His first women wear line was launched at Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue and Lord & Taylor in 1981. They called first ever designer to make ready-to-wear women clothing. Having such a great success he was invited to Celine fashion house as a creative director and designer in 1997. It appeared hard for him to work on someone else's brand so he left this place in 2003 to start a separate career. His first menswear line was launched in 2002.

In addition to that, "MICHAEL" Michael Kors and "KORS" Michael Kors collections were launched a year later (in 2004). "KORS" was a kind of golden middle between the runway collection and "MICHAEL" line. The "MICHAEL" collection not only includes women's ready-to-wear apparel, but also shoes and women's handbags. I ordered this wallet, which looks like a pewter. It is absolutely gorgeous, but to my mind not very functional. It lack credit card slots, the change pocket on the side isn't roomy enough for me. It's quite weird to use a place for bills, they were to be slippеd еither on the uppеr or lowеr sidе of the insidе. It isn't very durable and practical so it didn't suit me. Stylish, though I did return it and have no regrets about it.
